Every Crittex device is built like an appliance and backed by a limited warranty. Below you'll find what's covered, for how long, and how to get help if something goes wrong.
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only to physical goods, purchased from Crittex (the "Physical Goods").
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is one year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good, or one year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of the ultrasonic emitter under normal indoor use
- Charging port or internal battery faults not caused by misuse
What's Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from drops, liquid exposure, or use outside the device's intended indoor environment
- Damage caused by using a non-compliant charger or power source
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Loss or theft of the device
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us so we can diagnose the problem and determine the most appropriate solution for you.
Email us at support@crittex-official.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or a short video help). We normally reply within one business day. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Your Statutory Rights
This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is separate from this warranty — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
