Find Your Tracking Number
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Check the inbox you used at checkout (and your spam/promotions folder) for a message from Crittex.
- Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier first scans your package.
- If your tracking number doesn't work right away, please wait 48 hours before reaching out.
- Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order is processed. See our Shipping Policy for full timing.
Check Your Delivery Status
Once you have your tracking number, enter it on your carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — the carrier is named in your shipping email) to see the latest status and estimated delivery date.
Package Delayed or Missing?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Re-check the tracking link in your shipping email for the most recent update.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Contact your local post office or carrier — packages are sometimes held for pickup.
